We are happy to share that Maarit Tolppanen has joined GeoPool as a Community & Communications Specialist. In this role, she will enhance our community engagement and communications, bringing expertise that benefits both our customers and our team.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maarit has a background in exploration and previously worked with First Quantum Minerals in Finland, where she spent the past three years as a Community Relations Officer and Field Coordinator. Alongside this, she has gained solid experience in administrative tasks, fieldwork, and project support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her areas of expertise include media and community communications and relations, drone imagery for worksite documentation, and exploration safety. Through working with international teams, she has developed a broad perspective on the industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are delighted to welcome Maarit and look forward to continuing her career journey with us. Her non-geological expertise adds important value to our team, and we are excited about the contribution she will make as we continue to grow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
